Nana's Banana Cake

125g butter

180g sugar

3 small eggs

2 bananas

dissolve 1 level tsp bicarbonate soda in 2 tbs boiling milk

250g sifted plain flour ( I use self rising if I am stuck and it still works. I don't change anything and still keep the BP and Bicarbonate Soda in)

2 tsp baking powder (1 if using edmonds sure to rise bp)

bake in 150 degree oven for 30 - 35 minutes

I was becoming very frustrated with the family not eating the bananas. Then doubly frustrated when the banana cake recipes didn't work. This is easy. Just measure it all into the blender, blend until its all mixed together and then pour into a cake tin. I dug it up in Nana's old recipe books. Tried and true. Enjoy.
